Jetpatcher^® Sales

Jetpatcher's are the ultimate machines for velocity patching, a technique which is rapidly becoming accepted as the worldwide standard for road repair. No other velocity patching equipment has the same quality of design and engineering and no other manufacturer can offer the same level of servicing and after-sales support as Jetpatcher^® UK Limited.

New and used Jetpatcher^® units are available for purchase. We have a variety of specifications ranging from 3.5 cubic metre aggregate volume suited to urban or specialized environments up to 7 cubic metre aggregate volume units designed for long-term maintenance and dressing programmes. Specific customer needs can usually be accommodated at the specification stage so please contact our sales team for further information and to arrange an appointment.

Hire purchase and lease packages are also available on request and subject to the usual credit requirements. Please ask for more details.

Output-based hires
“You only pay for what we lay” packages offer the ultimate road repair solution with none of the weather or supply risks normally associated with such repairs. A Jetpatcher-qualified crew will man Jetpatcher^® maintained equipment and apply only Jetpatcher approved aggregates and emulsions to offer the best combination of materials, equipment and skill available.

Equipment-only hires
Coupled with appropriate training from one of our in-house trainers an equipment-only hire can be an effective option for long-term repair or pre-surface dressing programmes. We still recommend that only Jetpatcher-approved materials be used to get the best quality of repair.

Parts Replacement Service
Jetpatchers are renowned for their durability and low maintenance requirements. Such a reputation has been earned over 15 years through quality engineering and the the careful selection of appropriate parts. As with any industrial equipment there are a number of wearing parts and to ensure your Jetpatcher^® stays in optimum condition we offer a full parts replacement service. Jetpatcher^® UK Ltd holds a wide inventory of the key wearing parts and maintains strong relationships with our main suppliers to ensure you get a fast and effective parts service.

Operator & Technician Training
Effective operation and maintenance of your Jetpatcher^® are crucial to an increased machine life and continuing high quality road repairs. Our Jetpatcher^® approved in-house trainers will deliver initiation and refresher training programmes to your operators and equipment technicians. Programmes will be tailored to your specific needs and delivered on-site to ensure the training is practical and hands-on. Assessment reports will be issued for each attendee to allow management to monitor the development of individual staff members.

Jetpatcher Recovery Service
Jetpatcher^® UK will respond promptly in the event of an unforeseen incident or a rare breakdown. One call to us and we will arrange to assess the situation, recover the Jetpatcher unit and organize the necessary repairs, with the minimum of fuss. Jetpatcher^® repairs will be performed by our expert mechanics and we will manage any third parties for repairs to the chassis or other major parts. Replacement hire vehicles can also be provided to minimize costly downtime, subject to availability.

Breakdowns and repairs can be managed on a case-by-case basis, but for added peace of mind annual recovery packages are also available on request.
