It has now been six years since Qatar International Trading & Investment Company
WLL has purchased two JETPATCHER® Units, and we have found the the JETPATCHER® has
operated continuously and has proved to have tremendous success with the repairs
carried out with less than 0.05% failure rate for all road repairs.
We have found the machine to be well designed and easy to operate and maintain.
The excellent ongoing customer service provided by JETPATCHER® CORPORATION LTD -
NEW ZEALAND has resulted in minimal downtime and in an availability rate of 97%
for the machine.
The job satisfaction and productivity of this machine has been most noticeable
and very pleasing. We have found that repairs carried out with the JETPATCHER®
have resulted in a saving of 65% over traditional methods. The permanence of the
repairs and the standard of work provided by the JETPATCHER® is at least equal to
and in many cases superior to the previous traditional methods. The repairs are
about 95% permanent and stand up very well under heavy city traffic and hot/wet
conditions. Because of the speed at which road repairs can be completed the
JETPATCHER® has been able to be operated through the day during normal traffic
flow without major disruption to the traffic and within acceptable safety
conditions for the operators.
Our JETPATCHER® machines have enabled QIT to provide a greatly improved road
maintenance program and has assisted with the deferral of major works with the
very cost effective use of the JETPATCHER® on preventative maintenance and
remedial work. As a result, we were able to secure massive contractors with the
Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture - Civil Engineering Department (Road
Maintenance Division), Doha - State of Qatar.
Purchasing the JETPATCHER® has enable us to free traditional patching equipment
to carry out work for which they are better suited and has thus increased the
productivity of these units and the job satisfaction of their crews.
Over the past six years, we have found that the JETPATCHER® has been the most
productive, reliable and cost effective machine as a road maintenance vehicle
and the success of this machine is such that we would be pleased to provide a
