Dear Jim
As many people would now be aware, Victorian Local Government Authorities have
been through amalgamations, and with this, many have had to adjust to a totally
new way of thinking and procedures to achieve the same level of service to our
customers, as they have enjoyed in the past.
This has created much confusion with many departments in local government in
Victoria and any process which could show beneficial achievements have been
pursued with vigour. I am pleased to inform you, that for one dept achievement
of excellence has come with relative ease.
This dept is the Road Patrol Service Unit within the Buloke Shire Council, and
this is due to the large quantities of tasks that the unit can complete with a
consistently high quality, within the road patching areas of its works.
Again this is directly due to the efficiencies gained from the two truck mounted
jet patching units purchased from Jetpatcher Australia. These units allow the
Patrol Gangs to quickly, effectively and efficiently complete their tasks with
the knowledge that the job they have done is to the high standard required of
them, and also that they will not be recalled to repair the job in the near
future as failure is now virtually non existent.
The Jetpatching units also allow management to effectively monitor the amount of
materials being used for each of the tasks, and this allows for ease of costing
and estimating of budgets for the next financial years to come for the Shire.
Thanks to the high quality of workmanship that is apparent with the jet patching
units purchased from you, everyone's tasks are now much more enjoyable and I
have no hesitation in recommending the Jet Patcher for improving the quality of
any job for anyone involved with road repairs.
