Technically A Better Way
The three-step process is completed in one smooth operation - and all from the  same nozzle!

Environmentally A Better Way

Jetpatcher® is the most environmentally friendly repair process due to the use of cold emulsion, the eradication of disruptive and time consuming cutting out, the elimination of waste material (as well as of its disposal) and of further damage to the surrounding area caused by the use of jackhammers, vibrating and mechanical rollers.
Jetpatcher
® is also a safer method of repair. The ability to lay 2.5m3 of material per hour means that speedy installation reduces traffic control requirements, congestion and delays. Operatives are not exposed to traffic for extended periods, motorists and pedestrians are less frustrated by what appears to be unrelenting road works and habitual traffic delays.

Financially A Better Way

Conventional Method

Jetpatching

Expensive - hence emergency repair only Cost-effective - allows preventive maintenance
High insurance claims Reduced insurance claims
Waste disposal costs No Waste
Traffic disruption Minimise disruption - repairs can be trafficked immediately
High labour costs Lowers costs - requires just a two-men crew
Health & Safety concerns - white finger Eliminates vibration
Very labour intensive Uses modern technology

Step One
The nozzle delivers a jet air blast to remove unwanted debris and to clean the damaged area.

Step Two
A chemically engineered bitumen emulsion tack coat is then sprayed into all cracks and fissures within the excavation and the surrounding surface.

Step Three
The liquid bitumen emulsion and aggregate are mixed a split second before being sprayed into the void. The defect is filled and compacted from the base upward (rather than from the top down - as with traditional methods), thus ensuring the same density all the way through the repair. The result is a fully bonded, levelled and sealed repair that blends into the existing surface.

Step Four
Within minutes the repair is completed and ready for immediate traffic.
